Congratulations to Colette Waytt-Lowe for winning the Hemel Hempstead North-East seat in the 2021 County elections.
In 2017, Colette got 1550 votes and had 56% overall. This time she's upped her game with 1657 votes behind her and increasing her percentage of all votes to 60%.
Turnout was 27%.
